These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://make-and-master.com/ (the “Website”) and the purchase of online courses offered through it (the “Services”). The Website is owned and operated by Loominous Crafts Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under Company Number 16493309, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. By accessing or using the Website, or by purchasing a course, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

All courses provided through the Website are delivered via live online sessions on Zoom. Participation does not require physical attendance. Our Services are intended for educational purposes only, and unless specifically stated, they do not result in professional certification or formal qualifications. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at our sole discretion. If a purchased course is discontinued, you will be entitled to a full refund.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. If you are under eighteen, you may only participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing a course, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Payments

Payments for our Services are processed exclusively by third-party payment providers. Loominous Crafts Ltd does not collect, store, or process any banking or card details provided during checkout. Your payment information is handled entirely under the terms and privacy policies of the payment provider. A purchase is considered complete only once we receive confirmation from the payment processor.

4. Booking and Scheduling

After you purchase a course, the assigned tutor will contact you by email and provide available time slots. Together, you and the tutor will agree on the most convenient day and time for your session. The time and date become binding once confirmed in writing via email. The course schedule is flexible and will always be arranged after purchase. If no agreement on scheduling can be reached within fourteen (14) days of purchase, you may request a refund.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four (24) hours before the agreed start time and receive a full refund. If you cancel later than twenty-four hours before the session, fail to attend, or otherwise do not participate, the course fee will be non-refundable.

You may request to reschedule a session once without penalty, provided you give at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Multiple or repeated rescheduling requests may be declined at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment originally used for purchase. If a tutor cancels or is unable to deliver a scheduled session, you will be offered either an alternative session at no additional cost or a full refund.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

6. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection, a compatible device with video and audio capability, and the Zoom application installed and functioning. Failure to meet these requirements is not a valid reason for a refund.

7. Rights and Responsibilities of Students

By enrolling in a course, you agree to attend sessions on time and to participate respectfully. Tutors are not obliged to extend or reschedule sessions due to late arrivals. You must not engage in abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior. Inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of your session without refund. Course content is provided for personal educational use only. Recording, reproducing, or distributing course content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Rights and Responsibilities of Tutors

Tutors are expected to deliver sessions in a professional and competent manner and to provide available time slots in good faith. Tutors must respect the confidentiality of student information. Tutors have the right to suspend or end a session if a student engages in abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.

9. Code of Conduct

Students must treat tutors and, where applicable, other participants with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Loominous Crafts Ltd reserves the right to deny access to Services in cases of misconduct without issuing a refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All course content, including teaching materials, presentations, documents, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of Loominous Crafts Ltd or of the tutor who created them. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal study. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Services if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or power outages, technical failures of third-party platforms, strikes, acts of war, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

12. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in any course. The effectiveness of learning depends on individual effort and circumstances, and Loominous Crafts Ltd cannot be held responsible for unmet expectations.

13. Communications

All official communications, including booking confirmations, cancellations, and scheduling, will be conducted via email. Students are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address and for checking their inbox for updates. Communications through informal channels such as messaging apps are not considered valid.

14. Complaints and Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Services, you should first contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and aim to respond to complaints within fourteen (14) days. Only if no resolution can be reached may you escalate the matter to legal proceedings.

15. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure the timely and professional delivery of courses. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for losses caused by technical issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and collect only the personal information necessary to provide our Services, such as your name and email address. We do not collect or store payment data. Payments are processed exclusively by third-party providers under their own policies. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

17. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be published on the Website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
