Our courses are delivered online via live Zoom sessions with flexible scheduling arranged after purchase. We aim to provide a fair balance between protecting the rights of students and ensuring tutors are compensated for their time and preparation.

Refunds are available under the conditions outlined below.

2. Student Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four (24) hours before the agreed session start time and receive a full refund.
If you cancel with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, or fail to attend the scheduled session, you will not be entitled to a refund.

3. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a confirmed session, you may request to reschedule it once without penalty, provided that you notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
 Repeated requests for rescheduling or last-minute changes may be declined at our discretion.

4. Tutor Cancellations

In the unlikely event that a tutor cancels a session, you will be offered either:

  • a rescheduled session at no additional cost, or

  • a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Technical Issues

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and the Zoom application installed. Failure to join or complete a session due to personal technical issues will not qualify for a refund.

If a session is disrupted by technical issues on the tutor’s side, a rescheduled session or a full refund will be offered.

6. Non-Delivery of Services

If you purchase a course but no agreement on scheduling is reached within fourteen (14) days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

7. Method of Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the third-party payment provider.

8. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
